This Package is brilliant to target muscular aches and pains within the back  and will ease tension across the shoulders. The facial and Scalp massage is relaxing  and de-stressing but is also  beneficial for issues such as tension headaches, eye strain, and sinus problems.  

 

Package 2 

Aromatherapy Back, neck and Shoulder massage (25 mins)   followed by a Mini Reflexology (30 mins)                                            £40

 

Package 2 is perfect if you feel like you are always on the go and need to take that time out to relax and reinvigorate the body. The Aromatherapy back massage will relax tension and help melt away feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. The reflexology will work along side the massage to help rebalance energy and has endless health benefits. Here are some examples;  Sleep insomnia, Stress, Digestive concerns, IBS, Fertility problems, Joint issues, Migrains, PMS, Menopause, Poor Circulation etc.
